Fees are transparent, with no hidden charges. They are based on two things: the hourly charge-out rate of the fee earner appointed to your case, and how much time they spend on it.
Fee = hourly rate × time spent
Standard hourly rates are reviewed each year. A premium hourly rate can apply for very short notice or work outside normal office hours, and we tell you before that happens. Some matters are quoted as a fixed fee — our best estimate of the time needed — so you know the cost before we start.
